Digital Ink and Paint: Perspective
Assignment
FFA 233 - Digital Ink and Paint
Exercise 7 & 8: Prespective
Semester 3
2017
Perspective is at it again! I've learn perspective before but not in digital form, so this week I learn to do perspective using Photoshop.
For first exercise, Miss Sheila asked us to draw the basic perspective which are one vanishing point and two vanishing point kind of perspective.
One Vanishing Point Perspective:
Two Vanishing Point Perspective:
Okay, for this next task, I need you to scroll as fast as you can and please don't stare too long at these three sketches below. These three are the perspective drawing test I've done in class. Lecturer show a picture in front of the class and we have to draw it in ten minutes for each picture. So, mine, as the result of panicking and being blur and brain literally does not help to give right order what tools to used or what-so-ever, behold, the hideous drawings...
Moving on. Below are the assignment Miss Sheila assigned us to do at home. And with correct state of mind, correct tools and techniques, these are the perspective drawing I've draw according to each reference photos.
One Vanishing Point Picture:
Two Vanishing Point Picture:
Three Vanishing Point Picture:
Perspective is one of important part of drawing especially when it comes to interior or building structure drawing. This is because we want to make the drawing looks real and in 3-dimensional on flat canvas. By applying perspective, we can get depth and space rather than normal 2-dimensional looks. Anyway, I am not really good in doing perspective drawing, but I can learn and practice more on digital because it is lot more easier with tools like grid and ruler in the software.

very good improvement... well done
